Glenn Forman

CEO and Principal, is responsible for the strategy, operations, technology and data analytics of the business. Prior to joining Yes Lender, Glenn spent 24 years as a Partner with McKinsey & Company, where he built and led the firm’s 2000-person global research and analytics function, an enterprise that generated $150 million of profit annually. Prior to McKinsey, Glenn worked for The Conference Board, Wharton Econometrics, Conrail and NCR. He also spent eight years as an adjunct professor of economics and finance at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Glenn holds a master’s in economics from the Pennsylvania State University and a bachelor’s from James Madison University.

Bret Dunlap

President, Founder and Principal, a serial entrepreneur that has co-founded multiple technology companies.  The most recent being Advanced Mobile, a mobile technology/lead gen company that was acquired by Autobytel in 2013 (NASDAQ AUTO).  Previously, Bret built one of the largest downloadable ringtone business, which was sold in 2006.  He was co-founder of Advanced Telecom Services, AT&T’s largest provider of pay-per-call services. Bret holds an MBA in finance and investments from George Washington University and a bachelor’s in economics from James Madison University.

Tom Petro

Director and Principal, is a serial banking entrepreneur. As CEO, Tom led the turnaround and IPO of Fox Chase Bank (NASDAQ: FXCB) through its merger with Univest financial Corporation (NASDAQ: UVSP). Previously, he led the turnaround of Northeast Pennsylvania Financial corporation (NASDAQ:NEPF).  In addition to serving on the Yes Lender board, Tom is a director of Univest, chairman of OrthogenRx, and a board member of Genome Profiling, LLC.  He also serves as Finance Chair for USA Nordic – home of the Olympic ski jumping and Nordic combined teams and is a board member-in-residence for Mach 49, a Silicon Valley-based consultancy helping global 1000 companies digitally disrupt themselves.  Tom is a past-chairman of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association and past board member of the American Bankers Association.

Amotz Segal

Vice President of Business Development and Principal, is responsible for all aspects of Yes Lender’s AI-powered direct-to-merchant funding portal. Prior to joining Yes Lender, Amotz co-founded Edge Funder, Inc., a merchant cash advance company that was acquired by Yes Lender in 2021.  Before that, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Yalber, an innovative fintech company, where he co-led the company from start-up to an international enterprise. Amotz raised over $60 million in structured capital to facilitate merchant cash advance companies’ growth in both the U.S. and the UK. Prior to his decade in fintech, Amotz traded stocks, options and derivatives on Wall Street and has been serial entrepreneur who founded and managed retail businesses, a professional sports team and a consulting firm. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from The City University of New York, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Kobi Ben Meir

Chief Marketing Officer and Principal, leads Yes Lender’s marketing function, including branding, advertising, and internal lead generation. Prior to Yes Lender, Kobi co-founded Edge Funder, Inc., a merchant cash advance company that was acquired by Yes Lender in 2021. Before that, he served as Director of Marketing for Yalber, an innovative fintech player specializing in merchant cash advances. At Yalber, Kobi transformed the company’s lead generation from being almost entirely dependent on external brokers to over 90% internally originated. Kobi is a Forbes.com Communication Council member and a five-time finalist for B2B Marketer of the Year. His campaigns have won numerous awards from organizations such as The Drum, AVA, IAC, The Communicator Awards, and the Association of National Advertisers. He received a marketing certification from eCornell University, Johnson Graduate School of Management. He also received a software technician certification from ORT Colleges.
