CEO, Founder and Principal, a serial entrepreneur that has co-founded multiple technology companies. The most recent being Advanced Mobile, a mobile technology/lead gen company that was acquired by Autobytel in 2013 (NASDAQ AUTO). Previously, Bret built one of the largest downloadable ringtone business, which was sold in 2006. He was co-founder of Advanced Telecom Services, AT&T’s largest provider of pay-per-call services. Bret holds an MBA in finance and investments from George Washington University and a bachelor’s in economics from James Madison University.
President and Principal, is responsible for all aspects of the business with a primary focus on fundraising and a secondary focus on operations. Greg has been in private wealth management with US Trust, Credit Suisse and Lehman Brothers for the last ten years. Prior to that, Greg owned, built and sold a highly successful textile manufacturing company. Greg has an MBA from Villanova University and a bachelor’s in marketing from Boston College.
COO and Principal, is responsible for the operations, technology and data analytics of the business. Glenn spent the past 24 years as a Partner with McKinsey & Company, where he built and led the firm’s 2000-person global research and analytics function, an enterprise that generated $150 million of profit annually. Prior to McKinsey, Glenn worked for The Conference Board, Wharton Econometrics, Conrail and NCR. He also spent eight years as an adjunct professor of economics and finance at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Glenn holds a master’s in economics from the Pennsylvania State University and a bachelor’s from James Madison University.
Director and Principal, is a serial banking entrepreneur. As CEO, Tom led the turnaround and IPO of Fox Chase Bank (NASDAQ: FXCB) through its merger with Univest (NASDAQ: UVSP) which generated the highest total return for all banks in PA and five-times the median. Previously, as CEO Tom led the turnaround of Northeast Pennsylvania Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: NEPF). Early in his career he founded PRC, an early data analytics firm which was sold to a public company. His teams have generated a 24-year 20.2% average annual return in three different publicly-traded bank holding companies while achieving top regulatory ratings.
